SUP YOGA CLASSES
on the FRENCH BROAD RIVER
Each season, we offer classes on one of the oldest rivers in the world. There is a special magic held by these ancient waters that flow right through these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
2024 SUP YOGA Class Schedule:
Saturdays - 10am
~Classes are 75 minutes with an optional meditation paddle afterwards~
All of our classes are beginner friendly, no experience necessary! We provide all equipment & paddling instruction. Come enjoy a unique experience and connection with yourself, the river, and each other.
Our classes are held at one of the sweetest spots in town! French Broad Outfitter’s “Hominy Creek Outpost” has a lovely sunny beach right on the water where you can relax after class, enjoy local foods & bevs, and maybe even groove to some live music by their outdoor stage.
SUP YOGA on DEERFIELDS LAKE:
For those who don’t mind getting out of the city, we host a few classes each season on a beautiful lake nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Join us in 2024 for SUP Yoga on a magical retreat property adjoining Pisgah National Forest. This is a great place to host your private group class. Maybe even make a vacation out of it and book at stay in one the cabins at Deerfields Retreat. Contact us for more info & scheduling.
